Cottage 1 - Completed April, 1925. Demolished in 2003.
Original capacity of 60 male residents.

Main Building (or Administration Building) - Completed August, 1927. Demolished in 2004.
Original capacity of around 150 residents. Also contained the main kitchen and most administrative offices.

McBroom Hall - Completed 1958. Capacity of 250 residents. Demolished in 2004.
Dairy Barn - Completed 1925, discontinued use in 1961. Demolished.
Auditorium / Warehouse - Completed March, 1938. Still in use by M.E.T.O. after recent renovations.
Infirmary - Completed 1955. Still in use by M.E.T.O.
Carpenter, Laundry, and Paint Shops - Completed 1962. Demolished.
Dellwood North - Completed 1972. Sold by the state, still in use by other organizations.
Dellwood South - Completed 1972. Sold by the state, still in use by other organizations.
